Day 4 & 5 of our Panama cruise. Here we sail in to the locks on the Atlantic side. Look at how he squezes into the lock. The locks are 110' wide and 1000' long. The ship is 108' wide and 985' long and has a 25' draft.

Leaving the last lock. Look at all the water rushing out of the pipes. They use no power in moving the water from 1 lock to another. It's all done by gravity.  
    The weather was so bad we were unable to go ashoer in Panama City.
